S 1104 General Bill, By Setzler
    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-670, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to registration of farm trucks, so as to provide that farm trucks, if an empty weight of less than five thousand pounds and used exclusively for agricultural, horticultural, and dairying operations or livestock and poultry raising, may be registered at a reduced rate, and to provide that the person applying for the license establish the purpose for which the truck will be used.
