    A BILL TO AMEND CHAPTER 1, TITLE 17, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE DESTRUCTION OF CRIMINAL RECORDS REGARDING PERSONS FOUND INNOCENT OF CRIMINAL CHARGES OR AGAINST WHOM CHARGES ARE DISCHARGED OR DISMISSED, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT SUCH RECORDS SHALL BE DESTROYED UPON NOTIFICATION TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY BY THE CLERK OF COURT AND THAT NO ORDER OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OR MAGISTRATE'S COURT IS REQUIRED.
