S 1112 General Bill, By Ryberg
    A Bill to amend Section 59-63-240 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to expulsion from school for the remainder of the year, so as to provide that the identity of a student who informs a teacher or an administrator that another student is in possession of a firearm on school property or at a school-sponsored event shall be deemed confidential.
