    A Bill to amend Section 30-5-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to registers of mesne conveyances, so as to add Georgetown County to the list of counties which have a register of mesne conveyances and include a reference to Horry County having a register of mesne conveyances; and to amend Section 30-5-12, relating to the appointment of registers of mesne conveyances, so as to add Georgetown County to the list of counties which shall appoint the register of mesne conveyances for its county pursuant to the terms and conditions as it may agree upon; with the additional requirement that the governing body of Georgetown County must advertise the appointment before taking action on it.-amended title
