S 1135 General Bill, By M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend Section 8-13-775 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to an economic interest held by a public official, public member, or public employee in a contract with the State or its political subdivisions, so as to provide that such contracts are permitted if awarded through a process of public notice and competitive bids if the public official, public member, or public employee has not performed an official function regarding the contract.
