    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 4-37-30, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO LOCAL OPTION REVENUES FOR TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES, SO AS TO PROVIDE FOR A LOCAL OPTION SALES AND USE TAX IN AN AMOUNT UP TO AND INCLUDING ONE PERCENT, TO ALLOW REVENUE FROM THE TAX TO BE USED ALSO FOR MASS TRANSIT SYSTEMS AND FOR GREENBELTS, AND TO DELETE OUTDATED REFERENCES.
