    A Bill to amend Section 12-28-2720, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to distribution of the revenues of the 10.34 cents a gallon tax on gasoline, so as to provide for the crediting of the total amount of the tax to the State Highway Fund and to dedicate the additional one cent to new road and highway construction.
