    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-47-140, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO QUALIFICATIONS TO BE LICENSED AS A PHYSICIAN, SO AS TO REVISE REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING DAILY SCORES ON FLEX EXAMINATIONS TAKEN BEFORE JULY 1, 1985 AND TO PROVIDE THAT A PASSING SCORE ON THE COMVEX EXAMINATION MUST BE ESTABLISHED BY THE TESTING AGENCY.
