    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-2020, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to fee for specialized motor vehicle license plates, so as to provide that South Carolina members of the United States Congress and members of the South Carolina General Assembly do not pay the additional fifteen dollars for special personalized license plates used in connection with their office.
