    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 5-15-90, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO MUNICIPAL ELECTIONS CONDUCTED BY MUNICIPAL ELECTION COMMISSIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE CHAIRMAN OF EACH COMMISSION MUST BE TRAINED AND CERTIFIED BY THE STATE ELECTION COMMISSION, AND TO FURTHER PROVIDE THAT THE OTHER COMMISSIONERS AND THEIR STAFFS MAY ALSO BE TRAINED AND CERTIFIED IF REQUIRED BY THE COUNTY GOVERNING BODY.
