    A Bill to amend Section 38-71-760, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to standards for group accident and health insurance coverage, discontinuance, and replacement, so as to provide that renewal for group health insurance policies shall occur sixty days before the renewal effective date.
