    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 40-13-10 OF THE 1976 CODE, RELATING TO THE STATE BOARD OF COSMETOLOGY, TO REQUIRE THAT ANY ESTHETICIAN AND NAIL TECHNICIAN APPOINTED TO THE BOARD MUST HAVE AT LEAST FIVE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THEIR FIELD.
