A Bill to amend Section 20-7-121, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the creation of the South Carolina Guardian Ad Litem Program, so as to provide that the Program must be administered by the State Worker's Compensation Fund; and to amend Section 5 of Act 441 of 1988, relating to the administration of this Program, so as to delete the provision in which the administration of the Program is by the University of South Carolina Trio Programs through a contract with the Joint Legislative Committee on Children.
