    A Bill to amend Section 59-51-30, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School Board of Trustees, so as to require the Legislature to determine the trustees' eligibility, to provide for the trustees elected by the Alumni Association to serve until their successors are elected and qualify, and to provide for filling of vacancies.
