S 1245 General Bill, By Thomas and M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend Section 30-4-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions in the Freedom of Information Act, so as to revise the definition of "public body" to include foundations and other entities operating solely for the benefit of a public body and reporting directly to it, and to provide that after repayment of a grant or loan of public funds a foundation or other entity remains a "public body".
