S 1254 General Bill, By Holland
    A Bill to amend Section 48-11-100, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the governing body of a watershed conservation district, so as to provide that a candidate for the Office of Director of a watershed conservation district must file a declaration of candidacy not later than noon September first with the county election commission, and to provide that if the watershed district is located in more than one county, that the declaration of candidacy must be filed with the State Election Commission.
