    A Bill to amend Section 15-78-60, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to exceptions to a governmental entity's liability under the South Carolina Tort Claims Act, so as to provide that no municipality, county, or other local governmental entity which has a state or federally-owned recreational area or refuge located within boundaries is responsible for any loss in the recreational area or refuge regardless of whether or not the municipality, county, or other local governmental entity provides any services to or engages in the supervision of the recreational area or refuge.
