    A Bill to amend Title 49 of the South Carolina Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 6 so as to establish the South Carolina Aquatic Plant Management Program for the Statewide Management of Nuisance Aquatic Plants in Public Waters of South Carolina, to establish the South Carolina Aquatic Plant Management Trust Fund, to authorize the South Carolina Water Resources Commission to administer the Aquatic Plant Management Program and Trust Fund, and to establish the continuation of the South Carolina Aquatic Plant Management Council and its membership.
