    A Bill to amend Section 20-7-640, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the duties of the State Department of Social Services and advisory boards to the county departments of social services, so as to provide that a professional from another county may serve on a county's advisory board if no professional in the county could be recruited to serve, to direct the State Department of Social Services to ensure that county advisory boards are constituted properly, and to develop a protocol to be approved by the Joint Legislative Committee on Children for referral of cases to the advisory boards.
