    A Bill to amend Section 59-67-20, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to regulations pertaining to school buses, so as to include regulations governing inspection; and to amend Section 59-67-40, relating to the regulation of private school buses, so as to provide for inspections and for the required equipment and safety standards for public school buses to apply to private school buses.
