    A Bill to amend Section 59-39-100, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the minimum number of units required for a high school diploma, so as to provide that beginning with the school year 1999-2000, the minimum number of units required for a high school diploma is twenty-four units, and to specify the composition of the additional units.
