S 1337 General Bill, By H.S. Stilwell
    A Bill to amend Section 8-13-775, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition of a public official, public member, or public employee from having an economic interest in a contract with the State or its political subdivisions if the person is authorized to perform an official function relating to the contract, so as to make the Section applicable to a person who performs the official function rather than to one who is authorized to perform the function.
