S 1347 General Bill, By Senate Judiciary
    A Bill to amend Section 9-8-60, as amended, Code of Laws, of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the retirement system for judges and solicitors, so as to increase the monthly retirement benefit for a judge who has completed twenty-five years of credited service and to repeal section 9-8-120(4), so as to allow retired judges drawing retirement compensation to engage in the practice of law.
