    A Bill to amend Title 50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Chapter 16, Article 1, to provide for the aquaculture of reciprocal hybrid striped bass, to authorize the South Carolina Wildlife and Marine Resources Department to issue permits for hybrid striped bass aquaculture operations, to provide requirements for the sale, possession, identification, and transportation of these fish, to provide authorization for the promulgation of regulations to carry out the purposes of this Section, and to provide penalties for violations.
