A Joint Resolution to provide that state agencies or departments located within the twenty-four counties declared disaster areas may not require its employees to make up time lost from work before December 31, 1989 caused by Hurricane Hugo, to provide that employees of the State of South Carolina whose places of employment were located within the twenty-four counties declared disaster areas as a result of Hurricane Hugo are not required under the Hazardous Weather Policy to make up time lost from work before December 31, 1989 caused by Hurricane Hugo, and to provide for compensatory time for certain employees.
