    A Concurrent Resolution to memorialize Mr. Sean O'Keefe, Comptroller of the Department of Defense, and the Department of Defense to favorably consider Charleston, Berkeley, and Dorchester Counties, the Tri-County Area of South Carolina, as a site for one of the regional centers which is to be created as a result of the consolidation of existing finance and accounting activities.
