    A Bill to amend Section 12-6-1120, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to modifications regarding individual taxable income, so as to provide that a taxpayer may claim an exemption for the exemption amount for each foster child who resides with the taxpayer for over half of the year who did not otherwise qualify as a dependent.
