    A Bill to amend Section 40-13-240, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to renewal of licenses for cosmetologists, so as to change the reference to an individual license to an active license and to provide for an exemption from the continuing education requirement for cosmetologists with more than twenty-five years' working experience.
