S 0014 General Bill, By McConnell
    A Bill to amend Section 7-9-70, as amended, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the time county conventions are held and the composition of delegates attending such conventions, so as to provide that delegates must be elected based on the number of votes cast for the particular party's presidential electors at the last preceding general election.
