    A Bill to amend Section 56-3-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to definitions, so as to define "Motor Vehicle"; to amend Section 56-3-130, relating to certain exemptions from registration, so as to require registration of boat trailers under twenty-five hundred; and to amend Section 56-3-700, relating to the registration fee for certain trailers, so as to require that the registration fee for boat and landscaping trailer be remitted to the county where registered and to mandate the purpose for which these funds may be expended.
