    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 59-1-465 so as to require no fewer than eight inspections of certain school facilities by certified drug-sniffing dogs, to provide for the disposition of contraband discovered during these inspections, and to provide procedures applicable for these inspections.
