S 1461 General Bill, By Patterson
    A Bill to amend Section 12-51-50, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the sale of property at auction for the payment of delinquent taxes, so as to provide that real estate may not be advertised or sold for delinquent taxes before the one-year anniversary of the first penalty date for the tax year for which the delinquent taxes are due.
