    A Bill to amend Section 50-9-1020, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the point system used by the Wildlife and Marine Resources Department in suspending hunting and fishing privileges, so as to change the reference to antlerless deer to deer; to amend Section 50-11-310, as amended, relating to the open season for antlered deer, so as to change the reference to antlered deer to deer; to amend Section 50-11-335, relating to the bag limit on deer, so as to change the limit to four antlered deer a season in all game zones and provide for no bag limit on antlerless deer; to amend Section 50-11-410, relating to the prohibitions pertaining to antlerless deer, so as to delete the prohibitions; and to repeal Section 50-11-390, relating to the season, bag limits, and methods of taking and hunting antlerless deer.
