    A Bill to amend Section 46-5-20, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the powers of the Agriculture Commission, so as to authorize the Commission to promulgate and enforce regulations for the guidance of the state veterinarian and his assistants; to amend Section 46-7-10, relating to the duties and powers of the Board of Trustees of Clemson University, so as to provide for the Board to promulgate and enforce its regulations pertaining to the state veterinarian or his assistants in the treatment for dangerous or contagious diseases in conjunction with the Agriculture Commission; and to amend Section 47-13-20, relating to the state veterinarian to report directly to the Commissioner of Agriculture.
