S 0149 General Bill, By M.T. Rose
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Section 40-5-385 so as to provide that attorneys-at-law licensed to practice in other states or jurisdictions but not in South Carolina may provide pro bono legal services to indigent citizens of this State in the manner provided by rule of the Supreme Court.
