    A Concurrent Resolution requesting the Department of Health and Environmental Control to delay the change in methodology for calculating the need for inpatient rehabilitation beds as proposed in the Draft 1990 Medical Facilities Plan until the 1991 Medical Facilities Plan, requesting an evaluation of the effects of the proposed change, and a report to the Senate Medical Affairs Committee, the House of Representatives Medical, Military, Public and Municipal Affairs Committee, and the Joint Legislative Committee on Health Care Planning and Oversight by March 1, 1991.
