A Joint Resolution proposing an amendment to Section 2, Article III of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the House of Representatives, so as to provide that no person elected Representative may succeed himself after six consecutive terms, but shall be re-eligible; and proposing an amendment to Section 6, Article III of the Constitution of South Carolina, 1895, relating to the Senate, so as to provide that no person elected Senator may succeed himself after three consecutive terms, but shall be re-eligible.
