    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 8-15-65, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO ANNUAL SALARY SUPPLEMENTS FOR COUNTY OFFICERS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE STATE PORTION OF THE SALARIES OF COUNTY AUDITORS AND COUNTY TREASURERS SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE SAME COST OF LIVING INCREASES GIVEN TO STATE EMPLOYEES.
