S 0183 General Bill, By Bryan
    A Bill to amend the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, by adding Article 5 to Chapter 3, Title 44 so as to provide that members and representatives of local alcohol and drug abuse boards and commissions, whose membership is chosen by local elections, must be elected through countywide elections and not through townships, wards, or other similar entities.
