    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 57-5-815 SO AS TO REQUIRE THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION TO REIMBURSE CERTAIN ENTITIES WHICH OWN AND OPERATE WATER OR SEWER LINES, OR BOTH, WHEN THESE LINES ARE RELOCATED BECAUSE OF CONSTRUCTION OF STATE HIGHWAYS.
