    A Bill to amend Section 8-13-470, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition of members of the General Assembly from appearing before certain state agencies, so as to prohibit, effective November 14, 1988, any member of the General Assembly from representing a client for compensation before any state agency, board, committee, or commission, and to provide exceptions, and to amend Section 8-13-820, relating to the contents of statements of economic interest filed pursuant to the State Ethics Law, so as to require disclosure of the nature, source, and amount of all fees received directly or indirectly for representing clients before any state agency, board, committee, or commission.
