A Bill to amend Section 57-25-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the prohibition of the display of posters visible from main-traveled highways, so as to prohibit the display, placement, or construction of billboards by private entities, to require the elimination of existing billboards over a five-year period, to provide penalties for violations; and to repeal Articles 3, 5, and 7 of Chapter 25 of Title 57 relating to outdoor advertising.
