    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY AMENDING SECTION 59-20-50, RELATING TO THE STATE MINIMUM SALARY SCHEDULE FOR TEACHERS, SO AS TO EXTEND THE SCHEDULE FIVE YEARS SO THAT EACH CERTIFIED TEACHER IS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE A PAY RAISE FOR EACH OF THEIR FIRST TWENTY-EIGHT YEARS OF TEACHING.
