A Bill to provide that courts may permit the videotaping of testimony out of open court of victims and witnesses under the age of sixteen or when victims or witnesses are otherwise unavailable in sex and child abuse cases and to make the videotaped testimony admissible as evidence at trial or other proceedings in the civil and criminal courts of this State.
