A Bill to amend Section 56-5-2950, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the implied consent of an operator of a motor vehicle to take a chemical test to determine the alcoholic content of his blood, so as to reduce the required percentage by weight of alcohol in the operator's blood which gives rise to the presumption that the operator was under the influence of intoxicating liquor.
