A Bill to amend Section 20-3-10, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the grounds for divorce, so as to change from one year to six months the period of continuous separation required in order to have grounds for a divorce, and to provide that the above provisions are effective upon the ratification of an amendment to the Constitution of this State permitting the same.
