    A Bill to amend Section 7-25-180, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the unlawful distribution of campaign literature, so as to require that no person may distribute campaign literature within two hundred feet of the exterior door designated by the chairman of the poll managers instead of from the building in which a polling place is located.
