    A Bill to amend Section 1-11-10 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, so as to provide that the State Budget and Control Board shall also consist of the most senior female member and most senior African-American member of the Senate and the most senior female member and most senior African-American member of the House of Representatives.
