    A Bill to amend Article 3, Chapter 13 of Title 61, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to offenses against the Alcoholic Beverage Control Laws, by adding Section 61-13-885 so as to provide that no person under the lawful age to purchase beer, ale, porter, or wine or to purchase alcoholic liquors in sealed containers of two ounces or less may enter an establishment authorized to sell these beverages for on-premises consumption unless he is accompanied by his parent or legal guardian, to provide penalties for violations, and to provide exceptions
