    A Bill to amend Sections 20-7-1370 and 20-7-1410, Code of Laws of South Carolina, 1976, relating to the election of family court judges, so as to provide that beginning in 1988 they must be elected by the qualified electors of the circuit in nonpartisan elections, and to provide for the manner in which the nonpartisan elections must be conducted.
